PTC Friday sausages are returning tomorrow Friday 1st February. $2 each. Forms available from the office or write your order clearly on an envelope. Please place all lunch orders in the lunch box in the classroom. This is a PTC fundraiser. If you would like to assist with ordering or cooking sausages once a term, please get in touch with the school.
Teachers will be at different positions outside the senior classes on Thursday 31st January and Thursday 7th February, between 3.15pm and 3.30pm.
Student names will be taken, fees paid, t shirts issued and hopefully teams made up. If possible, make up your own team and enter this on the registration day.
Look for the teachers below to register for each sport.
All subs must have the $10.00 t-shirt hire fee added to them. This is a one off payment for the year no matter how many sports your child is involved in.
Please be aware we need parent help in managing teams at their games and if no volunteers are available, a parent roster will need to be made so everyone has a turn.

Venue – Richmond Tennis Club, Gladstone Rd.
Starts – 14th Feb for 6 weeks.
Time – 3.40pm to approx. 4.40pm. Arrive for warm up on court at 3.30pm, games start at 3.40pm, finish 4.40pm. Yr1- yr 3 players (red) work on warm up drills and move on to team singles game.
Yr 4 – 6 (orange) player’s play singles and doubles games.

The School Office will be open from 9am until 2pm from Wednesday 23rd January until the start of term if you need to pop in. Stationery available for Room 18, 19 and 20.
Looking forward to seeing you all at 9am on the first day or Term 1 2019, Wednesday 30th January. Please note that the school is closed on Monday 4th January (Nelson Anniversay), Tuesday 5th January and Wednesday 6th January (Waitangi Day). So, we have two short weeks to start off the year then back to normal in Week 3!
The suggested rate is $25 per child per year (maximum of $50 per family per year) plus a $12 per child photocopying/paper donation.
Richmond School has always had a policy of keeping our suggested donations to reasonable amounts. This means most families pay these to go towards the many ‘extras’ around the school. Although the majority of families prefer to make one payment at the beginning of the year, arrangements can be made with the office to make smaller payments through the year.
Payments can be made by cash/EFTPOS at the school office or via internet banking to Richmond School Board of Trustees account number 03-0751-0191581-00. Please quote your child’s name and “donation” on the payment details. You will receive a receipt and these donations are tax deductible.
